In the event of an emergency that occurs on a weekend or a holiday you may call the following contractors direct:

If the emergency is Heating or Cooling related and:

• You live in Circle C Ranch, Shadow Glen, Cross Creek, Palisades, Mueller, West Cypress Hills or Aspen Hills of Belterra call Big Tex @ (512) 251-5641.
• You live in Lexington Place or Canterbury Hills of Belterra, Star Ranch, Teravista, or Sendero Springs call Austin Air @ (512) 252-7711.

If the emergency is Plumbing related and:

• You live in Circle C Ranch Wildflower or the Hielscher, or Cross Creek then call Accent Plumbing @ (512) 251-2819.
• You live in the Enclave, Arbors, Woodtrace, or Stone Creek neighborhoods of Circle C Ranch, Mueller, West Cypress Hills, Sendero Springs, Belterra, or Shadow Glen section 6 then call Christianson @ (512) 246-5400.
• You live in Star Ranch, Teravista, or Shadow Glen section 3 then call Casa Mechanical @ (512) 334-7300.

If the emergency concerns an Electrical issue and:
